IDSI offers three main types of service level agreements however we can also tailor a service agreement to your specific needs. 

    •  MANAGED SERVICES AGREEMENT

Our managed services agreement begins with an audit of your network.  Upon completion of this audit, we’ll provide you with a detailed report that will outline where you are at high risk for viruses, downtime, or other problems, and what options you have for protecting yourself.  As always, our goal will be to find low-cost simple fixes to conserve your budget.  We will then make a recommendation on the level of service we feel would work best for you. However, you will be under no obligation to sign up for the program. We are simply offering this audit as a way of determining if you are a good fit for this type of service.

    •   PRIORITY RESPONSE AGREEMENT

Our Priority Response Agreement will guarantee that a technician will be available to you within certain parameters.  This level of service ensures that your problem will be attended to in a timely manner.  If a qualified technician is not available when you call, you will receive a call back within one hour to diagnose and attempt to troubleshoot your issue.  If it's determined that an on-site visit is required, a technician will arrive at your site within four business hours.

  • HARDWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

Our hardware maintenance agreement includes our Priority Response Package and adds a layer of protection for your covered hardware components.  For customers purchasing hardware products from IDSI, we offer comprehensive Hardware Maintenance coverage to protect your system from downtime.

Under our comprehensive Hardware Maintenance Agreement, IDSI will repair or replace a covered hardware component which has failed, at no additional charge to our clients.  This type of coverage is very popular among many of our clients that are working within budgetary guidelines as it gives them a fixed annual cost and the piece of mind knowing that their network is protected against costly hardware repairs.
