Part Time / Full Time - Help Desk Support Technician
IDSI is currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Help Desk Support Technician.
This position requires a high level of customer service experience, strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively via the telephone.
The following certifications are a plus, however we will certify the right technician with long-term goals:
